The company says it’s disrupting the pay system for mechanics and technicians by providing a competitive salary. “We want to ensure that the most skilled technician gets rewarded for any type of repair or in the transferring of knowledge,” the founders say. “We have been able to attract and retain amazing talent, in fact, we currently have a waiting list for people to onboard.”
