Coalition on Temporary Shelter Soup City: A Night at the Gallery

Detroit Latinos Reception for DIA Director Salvador Salort-Pons

On Jan. 24, Detroit Latinos hosted a reception for Salvador Salort-Pons, director of the Detroit Institute of Arts, at a private room above Armando’s Mexican Restaurant in Detroit’s Mexicantown district. More than 75 people enjoyed a cocktail reception, a buffet, and remarks from Salort-Pons about the importance of Latino art at the DIA and throughout metro Detroit.

British-American Business Council Detroit Auto Show Reception

Butzel Long, a business law firm in downtown Detroit, hosted the Michigan Industry Cocktail Reception for the British-American Business Council on Jan. 16. More than 100 people attended the event, held in conjunction with the North American International Auto Show in downtown Detroit.
