P&THE Manufacturing in Canton Township, a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) holding company that provides manufacturing solutions through business acquisitions and joint ventures, has acquired the assets of Turbo Components Inc., an aluminum foundry and machine shop headquartered in the west Michigan community of Fruitport.
This move is designed to expand P&THE’s presence within the aluminum foundry industry. The new subsidiary will be named TCI Aluminum.
“We are beyond excited to announce the acquisition of the assets of Turbo Components Inc.,” says Pancho Hall, CEO of P&THE Manufacturing. “This marks a significant step for us as we expand our capabilities, enhance our offerings, and bring together the strengths of P&THE and adding the assets and resources of the former Turbo Components Inc. to better serve our customers and the industry as a whole.”
The integration of the assets of Turbo Components into the P&THE family is expected to result in:
- Enhanced Product Portfolio: The combined expertise will bring a wider range of high-quality products and services to satisfy the diverse needs of customers.
- Innovation Synergy: The collaboration of talents and resources will foster innovation, allowing for the development of groundbreaking solutions that address industry challenges.
