Zeck, founded in Huntington Woods in 2022 by Robert and Jeffrey Wolfe, and actor/filmmaker Edward Norton, produces software that reimagines the board meeting process to drive better decision making.
Zeck creates customizable, interactive board and investor updates that work on cell phones and make companies look more professional, says the company.
“We created Zeck to make board meetings infinitely more engaging and valuable,” says Norton, who also is the company’s chief strategy officer.
The platform is designed to transform board meetings from boring presentations to “awesome” strategic discussions, lots of bantering, and lively debate. It also can be a catalyst for engagement so companies can see more value out of board meetings.
Zeck digitizes voting and auto-generates board minutes, modernizing corporate governance. It also introduced the Pre-Vote eliminate minutiae from the live board meeting. That allows more time dedicated to extracting value from the meeting, the company says.
It also allows users to add reports and quick notes that Zeck AI will turn into an update. In addition, it will instantly generate the most important takeaways from data or graphs.
