Southfield’s Farbman Group Names Krista Capp Senior VP of Property Management

Farbman Group, a Southfield-based full-service commercial real estate firm, has appointed Krista Capp as senior vice president of property management.

Capp has more than 25 years of experience in development, construction, and historic rehab. In her new role as senior vice president of property management, Capp will oversee Farbman Group’s portfolio of properties under management across the Midwest.

Capp has experience managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets including medical, office, retail, industrial, and multifamily in both urban and suburban areas. Most recently, she managed approximately 16 million-square-feet at a property in Detroit.

Prior to joining the team at Farbman Group, Capp has held positions at The Heat and Warmth Fund, a Michigan nonprofit focused on heating homes for those in need. She also held positions in property management previously with Beanstalk Real Estate Solutions, Bedrock Detroit, and Hubbell Realty Co. in Des Moines, Iowa.

Capp earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix. She also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
