Marx Buscemi Eisbrenner Group (MBE Group), a marketing communications agency with offices in Bloomfield Hills, has promoted Kaleigh Jerzykowski to account executive.
As account executive, Jerzykowski will lead initiatives for business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients that include public relations, event management, and social media marketing. She will guide advertising campaigns and digital strategies.
Jerzykowski joined MBE Group in 2017. Prior to her promotion, she held the position of assistant account executive. Jerzykowski has had roles in many of the company’s key accounts, supporting integrated marketing programs via social media management, brand launches, event and tradeshow logistics, and competitive analysis.

Jerzykowski earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Oakland University in Rochester. Before she joined MBE Group, Jerzykowski worked for the Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce as an event and social media coordinator.
