
Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores has named Adam Kotas as its new Director of Finance, where he will lead the historic estate’s operational finance strategy, systems, reporting, and long-term financial planning.
Kotas brings a background in public accounting, with specialized experience working with not-for-profit organizations. Throughout his career, he has supported mission-driven financial initiatives, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management, with an emphasis on helping organizations make thoughtful and sustainable use of their resources.

As director of finance, Kotas will oversee key financial operations and help strengthen the systems and strategies that support Ford House’s mission. His work will contribute to the organization’s continued financial sustainability while supporting the preservation, programming, and public experiences that make Ford House a premier cultural destination.
