Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch 2026

Michigan Humane hosted its 37th annual Purrfect Bow Wow Brunch on Oct. 11 at Eastern Market Shed 5. The event honored 150 years of Michigan Humane’s work across southeast Michigan, the state overall, and the U.S. Guests began the day at the Strategic Staffing Solutions President’s Reception, featuring an open bar, appetizers, a silent auction, mission-focused experiences, and a meet-and-greet with adoptable animals. It continued with a seated multi-course brunch, a live auction, and the Mike Morse Law Firm Transformational Challenge. // Photographs by Lindsay Schweickert
