Clark Hill, an international law firm based in Detroit, today announced it has combined with Barton Klugman & Oetting, a boutique law firm in Los Angeles recognized for its finance, transactional, and litigation practices.
Ten former Barton Klugman attorneys will join colleagues in Clark Hill’s downtown Los Angeles office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
