Southfield’s Clarience Acquires Siren, Emergency Lighting Developer

Southfield-based Clarience Technologies has acquired ECCO Safety Group in Idaho, a global company in audible warning equipment and emergency lighting for commercial and emergency vehicles. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ECCO’s brands include ECCO and Code 3.

ECCO has nearly 50 years of operating experience and researches, designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes audible warning equipment and emergency lighting. It holds more than 200 patents and has seven offices globally, including in St. Louis, England, China, Germany, France, and Australia.
