Team Schostak Family Restaurants, located in Livonia, announced the promotion of Tom Gergich from director of real estate to vice president of real estate and development.
Gergich began his career with Team Schostak in 2015 to direct, manage, and execute the organization’s restaurant real estate activities. He has more than 25 years of experience in site development, surveying and construction, and sale/retail brokerage, including 10 years as area real estate manager for McDonald’s Corp.
“Tom is an exceptional leader who has the experience, vision, and acumen to guide our real estate and development activities today and in the future,” says Mark Schostak, executive chairman. “He has built a track record of success that will help TSFR continue to lead the way.”
Team Schostak Family Restaurants is a family-owned restaurant group with a portfolio of casual dining, fast casual, quick service, and family dining restaurants throughout Michigan.
