Colliers, a commercial real estate and investment management services firm in Royal Oak, has hired Robert and Kristie Mihelich as senior vice president and vice president, respectively.
Together, they bring more than five decades of commercial real estate experience representing property owners, developers, investors and occupiers.
Robert Mihelich brings more than 40 years of experience across retail, industrial, medical, land, investment, and development services. Throughout his career, he has represented local, regional, and national clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development strategy, and portfolio expansion, securing more than 3 million square feet of project leasing assignments.
His experience also includes big-box redevelopment, build-to-suit development, adaptive reuse and complex repositioning assignments.
Kristie Mihelich brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, with specialized expertise in retail, medical, and property development services. Her practice includes landlord and tenant representation, leasing and sales, site selection, acquisitions and dispositions, shopping centers, freestanding retail, restaurant and quick-service concepts, redevelopment opportunities, and mixed-use projects.
She partners with property owners, developers, investors, retailers and health care-related clients to identify opportunities and develop real estate strategies aligned with their business objectives.
