FARMINGTON HILLS — Allstate exclusive agency owner Kevin Mlynarek of Lake Orion has been recognized as Allstate’s 2013 Best in Company. This is the second year in a row Mlynarek has earned the honor. The distinction is awarded to the top Allstate exclusive agency owner out of the nearly 10,000 in the country.
The award recognizes his success in serving the needs of customers and the community and leading a successful local business. It is based on 2013 year-end results in profitable business growth, deepening household relationships, and financial services sales.
“I am so proud of our team and how much they care about our clients. We all have adopted the motto “it all matters” and we have really taken that to heart and put into action,” Mlynarek said. “We are thrilled about winning this prestigious award back-to-back.”
Along with his team of 13 employees, Mlynarek has two locations in Lake Orion and is a member of Allstate’s National Advisory Board, which gives agency owners and personal financial representatives a voice on national issues.

Mlynarek’s business and his agency hosts a charity golf outing each year benefiting Toys for Tots. He also coaches his son’s basketball team in Lake Orion.
