KLA Laboratories Names New Leadership

Matt O’Bryan has been named president and CEO and Tommy Cataldo has been named vice president and COO of KLA Laboratories Inc., an 86-year-old family-owned Dearborn-based communication technology company.

Matt O’Bryan has been named president and CEO and Tommy Cataldo has been named vice president and COO of KLA Laboratories Inc., an 86-year-old family-owned Dearborn-based communication technology company.

As a second generation owner, O’Bryan started working for KLA Laboratories in 1984 and worked his way through the company holding various positions.  He has continued to expand the company to more than 200 employees, moving it into new fields, such as network and wireless design, staging and implementation services.

O’Bryan, of Dearborn, earned his  Bachelor of of Business Administration from Cleary University.

Cataldo, of St. Clair,  began working at KLA in 1993 as an installation technician and has progressed through the organization to his current title. He earned his Bachelor of Science in management and marketing at Detroit College of Business.
