Innovia Wealth has opened its first office in metro Detroit, leasing 2,200 square feet at the Browne Street Centre, located at 255 East Brown St. in downtown Birmingham.
In its new location, the firm can expand into a larger space within the building as it continues to grow its headcount in Michigan. Savills Managing Director Peter McGrath and Associate Director Austin Brooks oversaw the real estate process for Innovia.
Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with an additional office in Chicago, Innovia Wealth is strengthening its Midwest presence with this third location. Founded in 2007 as a boutique wealth management firm, Innovia has steadily grown into one of the region’s most respected independent registered investment advisors.
