Rockbridge Growth Equity Management in Detroit, a partnership-oriented middle market private equity firm with a differentiated approach to building and growing companies, announced that Tony Pulice has rejoined the firm as Partner.
An experienced private equity executive with a track record of sourcing, structuring, and managing investments, Pulice will lead new proactive search and high conviction subsector platform investments, support the ongoing buildout and execution of Rockbridge’s value creation playbook, and will serve on the firm’s investment committee. Pulice also will lead Rockbridge’s newly launched proactive search portfolio company, FormativGroup.
Pulice was most recently a partner at Huron Capital Partners and prior to that was a principal at Rockbridge. His previous experience includes serving as vice president of private equity at Goldman Sachs & Co., an associate in Goldman Sachs & Co.’s technology, media, and telecom investment banking practice, and a consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
“We’re pleased to welcome Tony back to Rockbridge knowing first-hand the depth of both his industry and investment experience,” says Kevin Prokop, co-founder and managing partner at Rockbridge. “Having just completed fundraising for our third flagship fund, Tony’s relationships and expertise will be critical as we seek to deploy our capital and invest in market-leading companies and lead them towards strong returns for our investors.”
Pulice says, “I am excited to rejoin Rockbridge and to contribute to its continued growth and success. The firm’s strong track record is rooted in its focus on culture, building tremendous teams, and creating distinct businesses. I am thrilled to be back with such an incredible team.”
