Colliers, an international real estate company based in Toronto with operations in Detroit, announced the addition of Brian Cooper as a project manager in its Detroit office.
Cooper will provide advisory services to real estate leaders to assist in feasibility, constructibility review, cost estimating, scheduling, and construction contract negotiation.
Prior to joining Colliers, he was a project manager with a prominent development firm in Detroit. He has successfully fulfilled management and construction roles with leading construction management firms and national homebuilders for more than 22 years.
