The Allergy Free Bakery in Shelby Township was founded by Chris and Jessica Farraj in 2023 to provide the sweetest things in life.
All products are baked free from the top nine allergens, including dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. All baked goods also are vegan and kosher.
“By creating a dedicated, allergen-free space, my bakery is not only filling this gap but also positioning itself at the forefront of an expanding industry,” says Chris Farraj. “As awareness of food sensitivities continues to grow, so does the demand for safe, delicious alternatives.
