Henry Christian opened his second Exercise Coach location at 2991 S. Livernois Road in Rochester Hills on March 26 to serve the residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Troy, and Sterling Heights.

The Exercise Coach has been known as a “Smart Fitness” operation since 2011 because of its bio-adaptive, robotic exercise equipment that provides a customized, efficient workout, says Christian.

Outfitted with high-tech computerized machines instead of traditional equipment, The Exercise Coach’s personalized programs are designed to offer optimized efficiency, resulting in two, 20-minute workouts per week.

According to The Exercise Coach, the workouts can’t be matched in effectiveness with seven days a week of traditional activity-based exercise. Its robotic exercise technology is combined with the guidance of certified coaches to provide a unique, comprehensive approach to fitness.

The studios are designed to create a “dynamic exercise experience that blends personalized strength and interval cardio training in each session.” It is the fastest growing personal training franchise in America, and the fifth fastest growing fitness franchise in the U.S., according to Entrepreneur Magazine.

“We are different from big box gyms as our boutique fitness studios have always been small, private, and super clean,” says Brian Cygan, founder and CEO of Exercise Coach. “This remains our core offering. This has really been resonating with people across the country and we have grown to more than 150 locations as a result.”
