Rockbridge Growth Equity, a middle market private equity firm in Detroit, has made an investment in Atlanta-based Miles Mediation & Arbitration. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Miles Mediation is a growing alternative dispute resolution provider with a large footprint across the Southeast, with offices in Atlanta and Savanah, Ga.; Birmingham, Ala.; Charlotte, N.C.; Columbia, S.C.; Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Palm Beach, and Tampa, Fla.; Nashville; as well as additional offices in Denver, Houston, and St. Louis.
