Lush Lawn and its affiliate, Safari Tree, which provide lawn care and tree services throughout Michigan, have acquired All State Tree & Lawn Service in Royal Oak, which specializes in tree pruning, trimming, and removal.
The acquisition, terms of which were not disclosed, will allow Lush Lawn to further expand throughout Michigan. The company, founded in Grand Blanc in 2014, also has locations in Brighton, Canton Township, Lansing, Rochester Hills, and Saginaw.
Serving residential and commercial customers, the company’s clients will gain access to expanded resources, enhanced customer support, and a broader range of outdoor property care services.

Prior to the acquisition, the services provided by Safari Tree focused primarily on the health of the tree by using evaluations, injections, sprays, and applications. With the acquisition, Safari Tree will now offer professional tree pruning, trimming, removals, and stump grinding in the Rochester Hills area.
The acquisition also reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to investing in local communities and creating career opportunities, say officials.
Over the coming months, All State Tree & Lawn Service customers will begin transitioning to the Safari Tree brand.
