Automation Alley, the Troy-based Digital Transformation Insight Center, has announced its 2025 Integr8 Series, featuring five roundtables focusing on the most critical challenges and opportunities in Industry 4.0.
The series of discussions is expected to attract global leaders, innovators, and visionaries from manufacturing, technology, academia, and government sectors to shape the future of digital transformation.
The 2025 series roundtables will include corresponding playbooks capturing key insights and strategies from each discussion:
- Feb. 12: The Power of AI in Industry
- March 12: Cybersecurity for a Connected Future
- April 9: Additive Manufacturing and its Expanding Role
- Aug. 13: Global Manufacturing Trends Shaping Tomorrow
- September: The Transition from ICE to EV: A Paradigm Shift
It is expected that each roundtable will incorporate a focus on workforce transformation, reflecting the increasing interest and importance of workforce impacts in the digital transformation of manufacturing.
“The rapid evolution of Industry 4.0 technologies continues to reshape manufacturing, and with it, the demands on our workforce,” says Tom Kelly, executive director and CEO of Automation Alley. “By integrating workforce considerations into each of our 2025 roundtable discussions, we’re addressing both the technological and human elements of digital transformation. This comprehensive approach ensures our community is prepared not just for the technical challenges ahead, but for the broader organizational changes these technologies bring.”
New for 2025, Automation Alley will host spring (May 8) and fall mixer events. These networking-focused events will feature panel discussions from roundtable participants and provide enhanced opportunities for relationship building among industry leaders.
“We continue to hear from attendees that the most valuable aspect of Integr8 is the opportunity for focused discussions and relationship-building with peers and thought leaders,” Kelly says. “By offering two mixers and refining the structure of the roundtables, we are giving participants even more chances to learn, collaborate, and influence the future of their industries.”
Roundtable attendance will be limited to ensure meaningful dialogue, according to Kelly. Manufacturers of all sizes as well as companies within the technology, government, academia, and professional services industries are encouraged to request an invitation to be considered.
