Grandville-based data center and managed service provider Trivalent Group has acquired East Lansing-based KI Technology Group, a provider of cloud and managed services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Given KI’s many high-profile clients that span multiple sectors, this acquisition is an exciting development and a major step forward for our company,” says Larry Andrus, CEO of Trivalent Group. “It will further strengthen our customer service and expand our ability to provide innovative new services for our clients.”
Andrus says the acquisition will streamline customer service for businesses that rely heavily on the cloud.
