A $150-million housing development that will include more than 600 luxury residences, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a health and fitness center, a spa, and a pool will be up for approval next month by the Clinton Township Board.

The Montage at Partridge Creek, spearheaded by Auburn Hills-based Moceri Cos., was accepted by the Clinton Township Planning Commission and will be on the agenda for the Township Board meeting Nov. 3. If approved, the developer expects to break ground next year.

“The vision was set for Partridge Creek nearly a decade ago, and Montage at Partridge Creek will be the vital multifamily element of the mixed-use plan that will complete this farsighted concept,” says Mario Moceri, partner and asset manager of luxury communities for Moceri Cos.

Composed of seven multifamily luxury neighborhoods, the development will be completed over the next five to seven years. Moceri expects the first residents to move in by the end of 2015.

Zoning for the ADA-accessible Montage was approved eight years ago as part of the original, mixed-use Partridge Creek development that incorporates The Mall at Partridge Creek as well as Partridge Creek’s residential components with single-family homes, senior housing, and multi-family neighborhoods.
