Detroit Lions’ Stephen Tulloch and James Ihedigbo have partnered with Happy’s Pizza and Greater Grace Temple to donate 2,500 coats to the city of Detroit as part of the “Coats for Kids Drive” on 1 p.m. Saturday at Greater Grace Temple in Detroit.

“We can’t think of a better way to kick off the holiday season than by partnering with Stephen and James to give back to the local community,” says John Moran, CEO of Happy’s Pizza. “We always look forward to this time of year and this event, and cannot wait to help those in need of coats this winter.  All of our local franchisees have been raising money in their stores for the past month and we are happy to be able to give back to the community from our company as a whole.”

Vouchers for the coats are available, while supplies last, from 5- 8 p.m. Nov. 16 – 20 at Greater Grace Temple, located at 3500 W. Seven Mile Rd., and Nov. 18 and 19 at select Happy’s Pizza locations throughout Detroit during normal business hours. Patrons will be limited to one voucher per person, and a child must be present for each voucher requested.

Free pizza and pop will be available at the 1 p.m. Saturday event, which will end when all of the coats have been distributed. The coats will be given away on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last. The coats are for children ages 3–13 and sizes (2T – X-Large) are based on availability. Children must be present to receive a coat.
