US² Consulting partners with corporations, public agencies, and institutions to strengthen workforce culture, improve governance practices, and build systems grounded in accountability and measurable impact. Certification formalizes the company’s longstanding commitment to ethical leadership and constituent-centered decision-making.

“As a Michigan-based firm, we believe business plays a critical role in shaping not only workplaceculture but the broader communities we serve,” says Megan Fuciarelli, founder and CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer) of US² Consulting.

“Becoming a Certified B Corporation™ reinforces our commitment to building accountable systems that prioritize people, transparency, and long-term impact. This is not a finish line. It is a continued commitment to progress.”

To achieve certification, US² Consulting completed the B Impact Assessment, demonstratingperformance across Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers.

US²’s impact includes:

  • Designing accountability and transparency frameworks for organizations across sectors.
