Troy’s Trion Solutions, a human resources administration company, has named James R. Mack, a certified public accountant, as CFO. He succeeds Robert Naglick, who is retiring after a 40-year career in financing and accounting at Michigan corporations.

Mack was most recently the CFO and president of the professional employer organization division of AccessPoint LLC. Previously, he was managing director at All Covered, a Konica Minolta company; and served at the vice president level in several finance and operations areas at Kelly Services.
He was also vice president and general manager for Miami’s ADP TotalSource. He has also held finance and accounting positions at GVTS Inc., Diversy Chemical, Walker Wire and Steel Corp., Cars and Concepts Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mack completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
