Andiamo Dearborn, part of the family owned Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, announced Yousef Zumut is its new general manager. He has worked at the location for 14 years in roles from server to part-time manager.
“Zumut is the perfect example of an employee who shows up every day prepared to provide quality service and food to our customers,” says Joe Vicari, owner of Andiamo. “We know his transition to general manager will be beneficial for him, as well as the Joe Vicari restaurant group.”
Zumut is a native of Jordan, Mich. He started his career at Andiamo Dearborn as a bartender and server. Four years later, he was promoted to a part-time manager.
He studied international business management and completing the aviation program at MIAT College of Technology.
“The best part of my job is making each guest’s experience one to remember,” says Zumut. “There’s something special about creating a rapport with the guests and knowing the service you provide is making a difference.”
There are eight Andiamo locations in Michigan, and all are owned and operated by the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, headquartered in Warren.
