Niterra North America Inc. in Wixom, a global manufacturer of spark plugs and oxygen sensors, has promoted Jeff Desveaux to general manager and global head of new product lines.
In this role, Desveaux will be responsible for leading the global strategy, development, and commercial success of new product lines across diverse international markets for Niterra Co. Ltd.
Desveaux brings a wealth of leadership and industry experience to the role, having dedicated more than two decades to the organization. He began his career with NGK Spark Plugs Canada in 2003 and subsequently served as a general manager of the company.
Most recently, Desveaux served as the regional general manager of product at PAMA, where he provided leadership and direction for the PAMA region, focusing on aftermarket products and content management.
In his new position, Desveaux will report to David Loy, general manager of global aftermarket for Niterra Co. Ltd. He will oversee a multidisciplinary global team, supervising global product managers, global data managers, and product engineers with core responsibilities in strategic portfolio execution, lifecycle management, global sourcing and profitability, data and cataloging excellence, and market expansion.
With a background in the automotive aftermarket and a track record of managing high-performing teams, Desveaux is expected to drive Niterra’s product innovation globally.
