Carolyn Gwisdalla has been appointed vice president of human resources for Wixon-based Niterra North America and PAMA region.
Gwisdalla will oversee the company’s human resources organizations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. Her role will be implementing strategies to increase diversity, inclusion, and equity, and talent management to attract, develop, and retain employees. In addition, Gwisdalla will be responsible for the corporate compliance organization.
Michael Schwab, the President and CEO of Niterra North America, Inc., announced Gwisdalla’s appointment as Vice President of Human Resources at NNA & PAMA. Schwab expressed his excitement about the appointment, stating that during her time at Niterra, Carolyn has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s culture and enhancing employee performance.
