DETROIT — Metro-West Appraisal Co. LLC, a national independent staff appraisal firm, announced that it is moving its headquarters into downtown Detroit’s Central Business District.
Metro-West will occupy 8,000 square feet in the Chrysler House (the former Dime Building), a 23-story office tower owned by Rock Ventures.
The firm will move a team of 40 staff members from its current location in Northville to the new headquarters in early March. Additionally, Metro-West has plans to hire another 35 Detroit-based employees following the move.
“We’re thrilled to move to downtown Detroit and take part in the city’s commercial rebirth,” said Brandon Boudreau, chief operating officer, Metro-West Appraisal. “This will be a great boost for the morale of our entire staff, and we look forward to exploring everything that the city has to offer for the growing number of people working there.”
