Gabriel J. Edelson, a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, has been elected to the board of directors of the Founders Junior Council of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
The group of young professionals are dedicated to introducing young adults to the DIA and encouraging a lifelong involvement through a variety of fundraisers and social events organized around the museum’s world-class collection and special exhibitions.
Edelson is a member of Honigman’s corporate department and is located in the firm’s Detroit office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, restructuring, and general corporate matters.
Edelson, of Bloomfield Hills, earned his Bachelor of Arts from he University of Michigan and his juris doctor from New York University School of Law.
