Greenleaf Trust in Kalamazoo has been named a 2026 Financial Services Top Workplace and recognized with eight 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards.
The awards program, administered by Energage, recognizes organizations that have built exceptional workplace cultures within the financial services industry and excel in key areas of the employee experience. Top Workplace designations are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey that measures key aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, connection, execution and engagement.
