
Farbman Group in Farmington Hills has promoted four team members and the hired two new team members to its family of companies.
Team members receiving promotions include John Line, Jordan Valasek, Eri Papa, and John Browning IV. Veronica Marlo and Kristin Meekhof join Farbman Group as new hires.

Line is stepping into an additional role at Farbman Group as director of capital projects, while remaining executive vice president of sister company, Huntington Construction. In his expanded role, he will oversee major investments in physical assets including large-scale property improvements and reinvestment projects across the portfolio.
Valasek has been promoted from director of property management in Michigan to senior vice president of property management nationwide at Farbman Group. In his elevated role, he will

lead the property management division and oversee the company’s portfolio across the country, while continuing to build and develop the property management team.
After one year with Farbman Group, Papa has been promoted from junior accountant to staff accountant, where he will take on expanded responsibilities and continue building on the experience he has gained with the firm.
Browning has been promoted from accounting support specialist to junior accountant at Farbman Group. Browning, who was recently hired into Farbman earlier this year, will take on expanded accounting responsibilities and continue developing his skills in his new role.
Marlo is joining Farbman Group as a property manager, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience to the firm. She has knowledge and experience spanning several asset classes, including residential, mixed-use, senior living and manufactured housing communities. Marlo is a licensed Michigan real estate salesperson and notary public.
Meekhof has joined Farbman Group as an executive assistant. She brings a unique background in psychology and social work to her new role, with extensive experience in executive support, communications and relationship management.
