Elona Asimetaj has been named to the firm’s general and automotive liability group of Collins Einhorn Farrell, a Southfield-based defense litigation law firm operating in a variety of industries.
Asimetaj focuses her practice on complex antifraud matters in the context of first-party insurance claims involving health care abuse. She is an analytical litigator devoted to examining the details of each case and claim to offer clients strategic guidance formulated to achieve positive outcomes.
Her expertise and focus are both applicable to handling litigation, advising about and preventing recurring litigation. She started her legal career assisting with corporate transaction compliance in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company and a U.K. Global 200 law firm.
Her experience includes the defense of personal injury, no-fault and third-party automobile injury cases, immigration law, and commercial litigation.
She earned her J.D. from Detroit Mercy School of Law.
