Conci Painting Co. in Livonia has hired Carrie Ranella as a sales representative and joined the 15-year-old, family-owned company’s management team.
Ranella has experience in the design and construction industry and will also assist the management team with supporting roles in project management, client satisfaction, and customer retention.

With some 28 years of business experience, Ranella has strong leadership and communication skills, is a proven revenue generator. She recently worked with Behr Painting Co., managing a $10 million sales territory. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at The Home Depot in various roles including specialty sales manager.
