DEARBORN — The Henry Ford Community College will hold the investiture of Stanley E. Jensen as the fifth president of the college in the Forfa Auditorium of the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services & Conference Center on the main campuson May 9 from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
As a veteran of higher education, Jensen previously was the president and CEO of Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, Colo. Early in his academic career, Jensen served as a dean of students and as an adjunct faculty member at several colleges and universities.
Jensen has a BA in speech from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, a master’s of divinity from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, and a doctorate history and philosophy of education from the University of Iowa.
