Bluewater Technologies, an experiential agency in Wixom, has appointed Nanette Studebaker as its new COO.
Studebaker has been working with Bluewater since March 2024 and will take on her new role immediately. She already has played a role in Bluewater’s success, leading numerous high-profile initiatives that required innovative problem-solving and operational excellence, according to the company.

In addition to her accomplishments at Bluewater, Studebaker brings experience from her prior roles. As president and COO of retailcomm, she transformed the business into an award-winning experiential marketing agency, achieving a 130 percent revenue increase. At STAR HARBOR, she served as vice president of operations, where she led the development of a Microgravity Flight Division and secured critical aerospace contracts.
Her career is defined, the company says, by her ability to inspire high-performance teams, champion digital transformations, and drive meaningful growth. Her vision and leadership will continue to enhance Bluewater’s operations and empower its teams to achieve greater success.
