Southfield-based Barton Malow Co. has named Scott Stowitt as its new project director.
He will focus on expanding the company’s water and waste water treatment portfolio in the Central Region.
With more than 20-years in the industry, Stowitts has designed and constructed water and waste transmission and treatment facilities for the City of Detroit Water & Sewerage Department, City of Dearborn, and Wayne County.
Stowitts, of Novi, holds a a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineering Society of Detroit, and the Construction Industry Institute.
