Digit, a portfolio company of Assembly Ventures in Detroit, was founded in 2023 by Dan Koukol, Simon Kronenberg, and Alena Dagneau in Atlanta.

Digit’s procurement software issues purchase orders, manages preferred vendors, tracks order status, and monitors price developments. Its inventory product offers real-time insights and end-to-end traceability from raw materials to finished goods.
In the warehouse and on the factory floor, Digit generates barcodes, customizes inventory labels, manages storage locations, sets up routing, tracks manufacturing progress, and manages tooling.
Digit is designed to help sales by creating and sending quotes and orders, fulfilling them, and providing a detailed sales history. Planning is assisted by bringing data-driven forecasting to inventory planning.
“We’re starting with small to mid-sized manufacturers in plastics, rubber, and metals, but our long-term vision is much bigger,” says Simon Kronenberg, co-founder of Digit. “We believe every business, whether they make clay cups or composite drones, deserves world-class software.
