Realcomp II Ltd., Michigan’s largest Multiple Listing Service (MLS), is bringing what it calls the most complete package of cutting-edge generative AI tools to its more than 15,000 realtor subscribers.
The offering is the result of a partnership between Realcomp and Cotality, an international provider of property information, analytics, and data-enabled solutions, and Spain-based Restb.ai, a real estate computer vision system supplier.
Restb.ai AI services will be fully integrated into Realcomp’s Add-Edit platform, a part of its RCO3/Matrix MLS system, to enable real estate agents to automatically generate:
Public Listing Remarks — In seconds, computer vision technology will analyze the hundreds of data fields and features entered for each new listing entered and automatically compose several different sets of listing remarks for agents to either choose from or modify further for their own creative personalization. Agents will be able to select from different styles and tones (i.e., standard, playful or professional) and then edit any draft to ensure the remarks are not only accurate but also reflect that agent’s own creative writing style.
Photo Type/Photo Subject —The advanced AI technology will read what’s featured in each image that’s been uploaded to the listing and quickly create automated captions.
Photo Description — The AI technology extracts data insights from the listing data to assign a photo description to each photo.
All of the AI features are optional to the real estate agent.
