Detroit-based Opus IVS reached several new milestones in 2025 by integrating its advanced map software platform unveiled two years ago into other safety-oriented programs.
“ADAS Map has become the industry standard for ADAS calibration identification and documentation,” says Frank Terlep, vice president of ADAS Solutions at Opus IVS, in a statement. “Now, with Mobile CoPilot integration, we’re empowering both collision centers and mobile calibration businesses to thrive — connecting data, compliance, and profitability like never before.”
The technology accounts more than $1 billion in revenue for customers, and the integration of Opus Copilot and Connect Network resulted in “hundreds of millions in additional revenue,” the company notes.
As a result, Opus launched the Connect ADAS Provider Network, which links vehicle repair shops with ADAS service and calibration providers using a tiered system to improve collaboration and streamline sublet workflows while generating new revenue opportunities.
The company also introduced Blueprint Copilot, which uses the ADAS Map platform to help repair shops develop more accurate, efficient, and consistent repair plans. This saves time and raises profit levels “across every stage of the repair process.”
Built directly into the ADAS Map ecosystem, Blueprint Copilot leverages insights from more than 12,000 users already using the platform’s calibration identification technology. The tool is continuously improved from access to millions of real-world repair outcomes, enabling shops to identify required calibrations, OEM procedures and repair operations before teardown, officials say.
Opus officials expect more breakthrough technologies in the future as well, announcing the company was granted eight new patents, with an additional three approved and pending issuance. The company also filed two new patents this year. The company has more than 100 patents and applications pending globally.
