Home Pro Roofing in Ionia, east of Grand Rapids, has been acquired by New York-based Aligned Exteriors Group (AEG). Home Pro’s senior leadership remains in their current management roles as part of the agreement. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Home Pro offers roofing estimates, inspections, replacements, and installation. The company services and installs residential and commercial roofs.
The deal folds Home Pro Roofing, which serves Michigan and Ohio, into the AEG Group of companies. Focused in primarily in the Midwest, Home Pro joins Fargo Roofing & Siding, Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota, Trinity Exteriors, Lakes Country Roofing, Grand Forks Exteriors, and Jamestown Roofing.

AEG says it aims to partner with “best-in-class” roofing companies and owners while planning to be the partner of choice for founders and management teams across the greater exteriors sector, according to the company.
