Starting in fall of 2023, students who have completed an associate degree at a community college will be able to enroll and take classes online in The Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University in Detroit’s Information Systems Management BA/BS program.
In this flexible online program, students will have priority seating in online courses but will not be able to switch to in-person classes.
Out-of-state students also will be able to take courses at in-state tuition rates, a discount that international students both in and out of the United States can take advantage of provided they are not on an F-1 or J-1 visa.
Students will learn the skills they need to secure employment in data and information-driven industries in the information age.
The faculty have real-world experience in e-commerce, database analytics, IT security, and information systems management, and connections with businesses like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ford Motor Co., and Rocket Mortgage.
