Case Systems in Midland plans to add five new products to its Salto line of educational furniture designed for multipurpose learning spaces.

The company, which specializes in career and technical education program-oriented furniture, originally launched its Salto line in 2024. The furnishings are designed to be flexible so that classrooms can be changed quickly to accommodate different needs.

“Maker and CTE spaces are showing up in more project designs than ever. Educators need furniture that’s purpose-built for that environment,” says Kelly Wehner, president of Case Systems.

“These additions were developed by listening to what teachers and students need. Every product gives schools more configurations, more flexibility, and a stronger foundation for hands-on learning.”

The five new pieces include:

  • Maker Table with Uprights: A workstation configuration with two upright bays featuring a pegboard, personal magnetic white board, and a monitor mount connector. It can be had with butcherblock or laminate tops. The design helps keep tools off the counter while allowing clear sightlines in the classroom.
  • Make Cart: An upright-equipped card with pegboard storage. It’s 30 inches deep to accommodate large printers, tools, and other equipment. It joins the existing 3-D printer cart.
  • Maker Centers with Doors: New doors round out the Maker Center line, offering secure and closed storage options for equipment and supplies.
  • Deep Mobile Storage: Available in two types: 120 Series and 220 Series, the 30-inch-deep cabinet supports larger fabrication equipment, such as 3-D printers and CNC machines.
  • Expanded Wall Mount Panel System: The expanded system features 12 new models with an industrial design and modular flexibility to better meet the needs of educators.

The products, which can be moved or changed within minutes, appeal to “educators, architects, and dealers” drawn to a combination of functionality, distinctive aesthetics, and durability.
