Switzerland-based International Workplace Group, the world’s largest flexible office space brand, is opening eight new facilities in Michigan bringing the company’s footprint to more than 40 locations across the state.
The new locations are in Waterford Township, Grosse Pointe Park, Novi, Okemos, Bay City, Allen Park, Farmington Hills, and Grandville, southwest of Grand Rapids.
The new locations are part of a drive by International Workplace Group to meet the rising demand for top-class flexible working space in the area.
The centers are designed to provide space for established firms and start-ups across a range of the state’s top industries, including professional and corporate, EV and mobility, clean energy and engineering, design and development, among others, as IWG’s Design Your Own Office service allows companies to tailor their space entirely to their requirements.

The new Michigan workplaces include:
- Regus, 2709 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford Township, now open.
- Regus, 15324 Mack Ave. in Grosse Pointe Park, now open.
- Regus, 30850 Beck Road in Novi, opening April 6.
- HQ, 2479 Woodlake Circle in Okemos, opening June 1.
- HQ, 503 N. Euclid Ave. in Bay City, opening June 8.
- HQ, 555 Republic Dr. in Allen Park, opening July 6.
- Regus, 31700 W. 13 Mile Road in Farmington Hills, opening July 6.
- HQ, 4051 Chicago Dr. SW in Grandville, opening July 22.
