The 2025 Michigan Technology Conference (MITechCon), the largest technology conference in the state, will take place from March 27–28 at the United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) Sports Complex in Pontiac.
The two-day event is geared to industry professionals, students, business leaders, and technology enthusiasts seeking opportunities to network, collaborate, and learn. More specifically, attendees include software developers, engineers, and entrepreneurs.
“The theme this year is ‘Empowering Innovation,’ emphasizing the importance of uniting the companies and individuals that make up Michigan’s tech landscape to foster new ideas and drive progress,” says Michael Riley, president of MITechCon. “We look forward to the exciting breakthroughs that will emerge from this year’s conference.”
The event will feature more than 60 global speakers who will share insights and best practices on artificial intelligence, user experience, coding, cybersecurity, and leadership development.
Notable speakers include John Thompson, adjunct professor at the University of Michigan’s School of Information, and Damian Synadinos, a keynote speaker and owner of Ineffable Solutions.
“We are excited to once again be the leading sponsor of MITechCon,” says Jason Bressler, chief technology officer at UWM. “Our partnership not only reflects our dedication to innovation, but also underscores UWM’s leadership in tech within the mortgage industry.”
