ULI Michigan Lifetime Achievement Award Dinner 2026
The Urban Land Institute Michigan hosted its 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award Dinner on May 11 at Orchestra Hall in Midtown Detroit, part of the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center (“The Max”). The event honored real estate developer and philanthropist Peter D. Cummings for his decades of impact on Detroit’s growth and revitalization, including past ownership of the Fisher Building, the development of hundreds of loft apartments, new stores, and restaurants.
