The Renaissance Club’s Chefs of Detroit

Wine and culinary enthusiasts gathered for a mid-autumn feast at the Renaissance Club on November 13, called The Chefs of Detroit. Sponsored by Friends of the Vine, the evening included a paired entree of Prime Tournedos Rossini and DYC True Maryland Crab Cake finished with truffles, foie gras, and a Maderia wine and lemon buerre blanc sauce.
