Kirk Gibson Golf Classic 2026

The Kirk Gibson Foundation for Parkinson’s hosted its 10th annual Kirk Gibson Golf Classic on Aug. 17 at Wyndgate Country Club in Rochester Hills. More than 220 golfers participated, including Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo, and such former professional sports stars like Detroit Lions legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson, 1984 World Series champions Alan Trammell (National Baseball, Hall of Famer), Lance Parrish, and Dave Rozema. The day started with a breakfast buffet followed by a round of golf, a variety of on-course contests, lunch on the course, and dinner and a program at the clubhouse. // Photographs by Patrick Gloria
